When business is so much more than a transaction

When business is so much more than a transaction

23rd March 2023

The other night I had a moment of reflection that led to such a surge of gratitude, that is in fact, all because of YOU!

In March 2019 when Cath and I decided to start WTF it really was on a whim and yet here we are 4 years later! Being a small business owner is a dream for many, but it is most definitely not an easy path to take. It means pouring your heart and soul into your work, sacrificing your time, energy, and money, and hoping that your business will succeed. It means having so many hats in the air (accountant, salesperson, manufacturer, PR, IT specialist) that sometimes the juggling becomes unsustainable and the responsibilities seem insurmountable. (I STILL haven't gotten my brain fully around our accounting system - so thank God for Cath!)

BUT when a customer sends an email with a beautiful note about how thrilled they are with our product or our service, the sense of thrill is worth every moment of hard work and dedication. Each referral, each positive review and the smiles of those we have met at markets, is the fuel that keeps our passion going.

So THANK YOU for being part of our journey. From our humble beginnings with an offering of 15 products in March 2019 (photo below!) to a range of close on 100, we simply could not have walked this path without your support.

Our promise is to continue to earn your trust and loyalty as well as exceed your expectations.

With love and gratitude, Jenny

Your products are just fantastic, and the smell lasts the whole day. I am really so impressed! Delivery was so quick as well.
Do you sell samples to try?

It is small businesses like you that make a difference to us all. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.

Hi, Do you have a stockist in Cape Town? I would like to smell the diffuser Peony before I buy blind.

    Thanks.
