Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time.  We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

This website is operated by What's That Fragrance. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to What's That Fragrance.  What's That Fragrance offers this website, including all information, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated here.  By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms of service apply to all users of the site.  Please read these terms of service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. What's That Fragrance products are available to clients within South African only.

RETURNS & BREAKAGES

Refunds on perfumes and candles will only be considered if they are in their original, unopened packaging.

The provision of products by What's That Fragrance is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability or order error, What's That Fragrance will issue a refund in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5 % administration fee.

If the product return is a result of our error or a defective product, the customer must make the return with 14 days and we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Other returns that are not a result of our error must also be made within 14 days and What's That Fragrance will decide on merit whether to offer the customer a full cash refund or a voucher. In this instance, shipping charges will be for the customer.  Refund will be made as above within 30 days.

We make every effort to pack our glassware and candles securely, but in the unlikely case of a breakage during shipping the customer must contact What's That Fragrance immediately upon receiving the damaged items.  Images documenting the breakages / damages indicating the date must be supplied for consideration. Whats That Fragrance will, on merit, either replace the item or provide a refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled if they haven’t been shipped yet and customers will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, if the order has already been dispatched it is too late to cancel the order. All order cancellations must be sent by email to info@whatsthatfragrance.co.za

Customer Privacy policy:  What's That Fragrance will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

Full payment for the entire order and shipping must reflect in our account before products will be shipped.  We do not offer any payment plans, or budget purchasing offers. Payment to the secure payment facility PayFast are accepted
Payment may also be made via Visa and MasterCard. Bank transfer into the Whats That Fragrance bank account are accepted, the details of which will be available on the invoice. Proof of payment must be sent to wtfragrance@gmail.com

RESPONSIBILITY

Whats That Fragrance takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

VARIATION

Whats That Fragrance may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for What’s That Fragrance via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

 

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by What's That Fragrance separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

 

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

 

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and What’s That Fragrance chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Please note that extreme temperatures and prolonged exposure to the sun will damage perfume.

Note that Inspired By perfumes are 100% legal. A number of courts worldwide have ruled that fragrances may not be patented.  Our fragrances may be replications of your favourite branded perfumes, yet we do not attempt to replicate the branding or packaging of the original, thereby respecting their trademarks.
